Finally!

I lost three pounds this week! After last week's disappointing weight loss, I couldn't be more excited. I didn't follow the meal plan as closely this week. I followed the basic idea of the Abs diet, without actually printing out and following a meal plan to the letter. I'm going to enjoy this happy feeling today, and keep on truckin'. I might not always have a good weight loss--who knows, I might gain next week to make of for the good loss this week. But I'm going to celebrate the happy things when they come.
