I haven't posted on this site for a year, and probably no one will read this (if anyone ever did), but I'm going to try a "diet" plan for six weeks, so I'm going to use this as my journal for the six weeks. Troy and I are going to try the Abs Diet. I've already been exercising pretty hard, but haven't really seen very many changes, so I think I really need to focus more on what I'm eating. We'll see how it works.
So, my starting weight for today is 137. I need to find my tape measure so I can do some measurements. And I need to make Troy step on the scale, too.
Today for my workout I did kickboxing. I love this instructor, but she's leaving. :( She's so crazy and energy filled and fun, and I don't think any other instructors will be as good. It's a bummer, but oh well. There's nothing I can do about it.
I miss your old blog look. ;) This one is pretty though! Good luck with the new diet... let me know how it goes!

ReplyDeleteWe'll see on the diet. It's mostly just eating healthier, which I really need to focus on. I think the reason I still feel sluggish and yucky even though I'm exercising is that I don't eat very good.
